Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) Agreement – Independent Contractor

This Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) and the Independent Contractor, hereinafter referred to as “Recipient”. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Recipient may use the funds received from the EIDL program as an Independent Contractor.
